Great food and service but it was so cold with air con in winter. Please turn on heating!!

Food is great but you often can't get through on the phone as there is generally only one person available to take over the counter sales and answer phone calls, so either you get through and are put on hold or it just goes through to answering service which doesn't get returned because they are too busy. I would use this restaurant more often if I knew I could preorder food as it's one of the healthier takeaway alternatives.
